There are 5 bicycle racks available for rental to all of our residents who do not have a car parking spot at this time.
Each bicycle rack costs $10 per month, paid once annually on your maintenance bill. This is a great way to maximize the limited space in your apartment, and to avoid having to bring your bikes up and down in the small elevator.
Every rack can hold up to two bikes each. So, if you have two bikes, it's like paying $5 per month for storage and convenincne per bike.
