Meet a New Neighbor, See an Old Friend.

Our new laundry company, Service Directions, Inc., has an on line form to fill out if you have a complaint or if you need to request a smart-card refund. We have made a permanent link on our "forms" page. This is the direct link:

You can also speak with Tony, our super, if you have any problems with the laundry machines or your smart card, and he can call Service Directions on your behalf the old fashioned way. Also, you can report problems on our laundry room white board. But for those of you who like to get things done on the internet, their web-form is for you!!

 

We'd love to post a page with apartment listings on this website - it's great exposure for the sellers and it's great for perspective buyers to be able to see options in our building.

We'd list the basic details of your apartment as well as a picture (info provided by you) and then can link to the listing from your realtor's website if applicable.

In order to build the page, I'd need sellers to let me know when they have an apartment for sale and send me any updates (i.e. in contract/or price change). If you are selling your apartment and would like to see it listed here, you can either email me directly or have your realtor email me at webmaster@616east18.com.
